Online Store & Shipping Policies
ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS
Since we are a Canadian based shop we sell our fabrics in meters (or portions thereof) - not yards. A meter is about 10% larger than a yard. A yard is 36" while a meter is just over 39".
You will be notified immediately if any ordered item is temporarily out of stock. You will have the option of canceling the item or back-ordering it. Back orders will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.
Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order. We make every effort to send your order accurately and as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and sent within 3 to 4 business days but if there is a delay we will advise you promptly. We may make mistakes (not many we hope!) so please let us know as soon as possible if we do so we can fix the problem. Please fill your credit card number in on the order form. We will process your order and bill your credit card. All orders will be shipped within three business days of receiving them. We will notify you by e-mail once your order is shipped.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online purchases.

All Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost service where possible unless otherwise requested. We will use the least expensive format we can. For all other shipping types and destinations, actual charges will apply. Use these links to Canada Post and Canpar to estimate charges. All customers are responsible for all duties and fees incurred in relation to their shipment. It is your responsibility to know the rules for your country. All mail is subject to Customs regulations and inspection. Customers are responsible for any Customs or brokerage fees.
Local Customers may pick up their items to save shipping charges. Please call the store (613.732.4789)to confirm that your order is ready for pick up.
Shipping Within the United States

We use Canada Post services to send all our orders to the US unless specified in the special shipping instructions. As a US customer you may be eligible to order up to $200.00 (US) per day duty free.

If you are ordering a kit, we will make every attempt to have the same fabrics in the kit as in the photo/sample. Where this is not possible, we will replace fabrics with fabrics that we feel create the same feel and look as the originals.
